DOI:

Synopsis:
The effect of zinc oxide and silver nanoparticles on the brain of diabetic rats was investigated. It was concluded that zinc oxide and silver nanoparticles protect the brain tissue against the bad effects of the free radicals by improving the brain’s antioxidant power.

ABSTRACT

Objective: The present study tests the ability of both zinc oxide (ZnONPs) and silver (SNPs) nanoparticles to ameliorate the oxidative stress resulted from diabetes in diabetic rats was tested in the present study.
