Synopsis:

The effect of zinc oxide and silver nanoparticles on the brain of diabetic rats was investigated. It was concluded that zinc oxide and silver nanoparticles protect the brain tissue against the bad effects of the free radicals by improving the brain’s antioxidant power.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To test the ability of both zinc oxide (ZnONPs) and silver (SNPs) nanoparticles to ameliorate the oxidative stress resulting from diabetes in diabetic rats.
