Eligibility:

The award is available to Jamaican national students pursuing a BSc in the Faculty of Science & Technology – in the areas of Zoology.

Criteria:

The award will be based on:

academic performance based on the results of the previous year University examinations (minimum GPA of 3.5) or CAPE examinations.
verifiable financial need.
demonstratable leadership qualities, volunteerism and social involvement.

Method of Selection:

Short-listed applications will be reviewed by a panel the donor.

Special Requirements:

The recipient of this award must be available:

for a photo opportunity and provide various written inputs including an academic resume and other items to support donor reporting and promotion of the award;
to participate in any official ceremony related to the formal presentation of the scholarship award.
