The Amazing FSS Study is a project aimed at gathering data on interests and desires around promotion and career development, and the characteristics of a great workplace as perceived by FSS colleagues.
When completed, the Amazing FSS Study should help us to better understand employees’ perceptions of the FSS workplace, elements of the workplace that could be improved to enhance the working experience, the performance standards that employees are willing to uphold, and employees‘ fears, concerns and hopes regarding the current change proposal and vision. This insight should allow us to design appropriate interventions to improve the working experience in the FSS.
Our 7 faculties and 12 professional schools offer more than 200 programmes to some 18,000 graduate, undergraduate and continuing studies students.
The UWI, Mona ranks first in Jamaica among accredited tertiary-level programmes. In 2012, the University was again one of Jamaica’s Top 100 Employers.
