With this degree you will be on the career path to becoming an Auditor, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, Banker or Management Accountant.
The degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) is designed to educate students on the core theories, principles and practices of managing people in organisations. HRM involves a range of core functions such as: research, planning, compensation or rewards management, training and development, recruitment and selection and employee relations, occupational safety and health.
This degree takes a broad approach to organizational management and is geared towards preparing individuals with the requisite knowledge, skills and thinking required to operate at all levels within an organization. This degree is ideal if your career path includes positions such as Operation Manager, Human Resource Manager, Management Consultant and Procurement Manager.
