Have you received or witnessed someone receiving exceptional customer service from a FSS faculty or staff member? 

As we work to improve our service to you, we also seek to recognize staff members who are ‘caught in the act’ of delivering exceptional customer service above and beyond the call of duty.  Some of the qualities that define exceptional customer service include, unexpected assistance, patience, professionalism, respectfulness, timeliness, solution driven, helpfulness and empathy.
