The University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona has an institutional refund policy that applies primarily to tuition fees. To be eligible for a refund, students must first submit an application for Leave of Absence (LOA) or Withdrawal through the Automated Student Request System (ASRS) by the specified deadlines. These requests require the approval of the Academic Board.
Once the LOA or Withdrawal has been approved, students may then apply for refunds through the Bursary.
