FSS 12-Week Challenge for Self Improvement

Join us in our 12-week challenge for weekly quotes and strategies on mental conditioning to create a better relationship with ourselves and others.  All you will need is your attention, commitment, a journal/book and pen/pencil or electronic device to help you track your progress. The challenge begins on Monday, September 13 and is open to students and staff.
