Guidelines

  • We aim to respond within two (2) business days of request submission.
  • Requests for internal meetings (i.e., less than 40 persons) must be submitted at least two (2) business days before event. 
  • For large scale events such as campus-wide meetings, seminars, conferences and training sessions, etc, please submit reservation at least two (2) weeks before event to allow for the consideration and provision of required support.
Consider requesting ‘Live Stream Event to YouTube’ when group size is greater than 40.
If recurring, list other occurrences in the 'Comments'.
Please list other required services/support not listed above such as registration, breakout groups, polls/survey etc.
