Abstracts should not exceed 250 words in length and should include the context, statement of purpose and intent, methodology, findings, and recommendations, which align with the purpose and theme. Additionally, all submissions should incorporate the:
• Paper title
• Thematic area of alignment
• Author(s)
• Institutional affiliation(s)
• Email contact for the principal author

Deadline for abstract submission: December 30, 2026
Notification of abstract acceptance: January 30, 2027
Final paper/presentation submission: March 30, 2027
