The UWI Mona female Table Tennis team remains unbeaten in the sport of Tennis at the club and intercollegiate level in Jamaica following their outstanding performance at the 2012 UTECH Table Tennis Invitational. The team led by two of Jamaica’s top players Shenique Clare and Tracey Ann Dattadeen proved too much for their opponents UTECH in the finals to take a 4-1 victory. The Male team was not able to repeat the success of the females and had to settle for the third position. In the singles category the UWI females also dominated the event as Shenique Clare secured the Senior Female Title while Tracey Ann Dattadeen took the Female Intercollegiate.
