Synopsis: 
The relationship between serum PSA and BMI was examined in men referred to urology clinics in Jamaica. There was an inverse relationship between PSA and BMI among men with prostate cancer. Clinicians should take this relationship into account when interpreting patients’ PSA results.

ABSTRACT

Duplications of the alimentary tract are uncommon congenital anomalies that usually present during infancy and early childhood. The case of an adolescent presenting with small bowel obstruction secondary to a duplication cyst is presented and the challenges in the management described.
