THE AFJ- COY FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP

The award is available to Jamaica nationals pursuing a degree in the faculty of Medical Sciences. 

AFUWI SCHOLARSHIPS

The award is available to students registered in the Undergraduate Degree programme and:

  •  Nationals of CARICOM countries;
  • Are registered in either the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Science and Technology, Humanities & Education or the Faculty of Social Sciences.
  • Are entering Level 2 or 3 of their programme of study in the Faculties of Humanities & Education, Science and Technology, Social Sciences;or Level 4 or 5 in the case of Medical Sciences students (MBBS or DDS).

ENID JONES-FORRESTER MEMORIAL STUDENT GRANT

The award is available to full time registered students who are:  

    • Jamaican nationals
    • 17-25 years

DORCAS VERONICA BROWN SCHOLARSHIP (THE)

The award is available to the alumni of Glenmuir High School who are:

 

    • registered Undergraduate student entering levels 1, 2, or 3 of programme;
    • enrolled in any Faculty

DR. WYCLIFFE AND MRS. FELICIA LOFTERS SCHOLARSHIP FOR EDUCATION

The award is available to rural Jamaican nationals who are: 

 

    • registered full-time student in the Faculty of Medical Sciences
    • majoring in Medicine & Surgery
    • entering year 1, 2 or 3 

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES SCHOLARSHIP (THE)

The award is available to Jamaican nationals who are:

 

    • registered students at the Mona Campus;
    • pursuing an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Medical Sciences.

DR. EARL O'BRIEN BURSARY

The award is available to:

 

    • Students in the Faculty of Medical Sciences;
    • Applicants entering their penultimate and final year of studies.

SENIOR COMMON ROOM ANNIVERSARY SCHOLARSHIP

The award is available to students:

 

    • entering final year; 
    • pursuing a B.Sc. in  the Faculties of Humanities & Education, Engineering, Science & Technology, Medical Sciences (Government Sponsored)

JAMAICA POLICE CO-OPERATIVE CREDIT UNION SCHOLARSHIP

The award is available to students who are:

  •  Jamaican nationals;
  • Undergraduate students registered in any Faculty of UWI;
  • members of the Jamaica Police Co-operative Credit Union Limited for a period of not less than 2 years or the child of a qualified member of the JPCCU.
