Government of Jamaica Emancipation Postgraduate Scholarship

They are looking for candidates with at least an Upper Second Class honours degree or its equivalent from a recognized University. Candidates must be pursuing postgraudate studies at the UWI Mona, Cave Hill or St Augustine campuses in one of the following areas: Applied technology in Agriculture, Information Technology, Environmental Studies or Mathematics.

In addition candidates must download the application form from the Ministry's website, complete and submit with supporting documents to the Office of Graduate Studies and Research, Cave Hill, Mona or St Augustine Campuses, University of the West Indies in order for their applications to be processed.

The deadline is June 30, 2021.

Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship 

We are looking for eligible students (Doctor course and Master course) who will contribute to the research areas of dynamical and statistical downscaling, regional climate, WCRP CORDEX international activities in Asia.

Applicants must have demonstrated excellent academic achievement with a grade point average (GPA) of 2.3(out of 3.0) or above in the last two academic years.

CCRIF-UWI Scholarship

 

CCRIF-SPC offers both undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships. Applications for these scholarships are available from The UWI’s scholarship offices and should also be submitted through these offices.

Study in Ireland

Ireland is offering three new scholarships to Small Island Developing States in each of the Pacific and Caribbean regions for Masters level studies in Ireland in the academic year 2020/2021, in courses relevant to addressing climate change, the blue economy and associated challenges.
