The session will feature distinguished panelists including Her Excellency Elizabeth Taylor Jay, Ambassador of Colombia to Barbados and Ambassador-at-large for Oceans and Coastal Zones and Minister Eric do Val Lacerda Sogocio, Charge d’Affaires, Embassy of Brazil, Kingston, Jamaica.

The event will be moderated by Dr. Lisa Vasciannie, Head of Department of Government.
