Audio and Visual Recording; Live Streaming:

During FSS events, photographs and/or audio-visual footage may be captured and/or live-streamed. These materials may be published on FSS websites, social media pages, and co-organizer platforms. Additionally, they may be reproduced in various media including FSS publications, social networks, and press, for promotional activities and further institutional purposes. By attending an FSS event, you consent to appearing in such materials.

Data Storage:

FSS securely stores your data at our designated data centres. We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice.

We may revise or update this privacy notice to reflect changes in our practices. Please refer to this page for the latest information and the effective date of any changes. Any revisions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
