The computerized maintenance management software, TMA, allows the department to:
- Keep track of requests for maintenance services (request a service)
- Manage work order - assignments, job completion etc.
- Establish and manage planned and preventative maintenance programmes
- Manage projects
- Monitor performance
- Assess the cost of maintaining equipment and facilities as an input for upgrade or replacement.
Through the TMA system, planned and preventative maintenance (PM) schedules are put in place for grounds and sanitation activities as well as for the maintenance of equipment managed by the electrical services team.
