Study at another UWI Campus

This request applies to students enrolled at Mona, who wish to pursue courses at another UWI Campus namely: Cave Hill, Open Campus or St. Augustine.  It does not include the Western Jamaica Campus
 
 

  • Student must have all core courses they intend to do at the other Campus assessed for equivalence by the relevant department at Mona before proceeding to study abroad.
  • Student should have not been the subject of any disciplinary action and have no such action pending against him/her.

  1. Access the Student Administration System (SAS)
  2. Click on 'Enter Secure Area'
  3. Enter your identification number and password to log in
  4. From the 'Main Menu' select 'Student Services'
  5. Click on 'Automated Student Request Module'
  6. Select Request Type followed by 'Study at Another Campus'
  7. Select Campus and academic term
  8. Selection course(s)
  9. Enter reason(s) and upload or submit to the Faculty Office a completed Cross Campus Application Form.  The form may be downloaded from this link: https://www.mona.uwi.edu/socsci/sites/default/files/socsci/uploads/cross_campus_registration_form_-_mona_2015.pdf
  10. Select Submit

The Faculty Office is the final decision level for this request type and is committed to a response time of 10 business days after the request has been made.
