We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation as we bid farewell to Dr. Devon Smith, who has served as the Estate Manager for 3 years. Dr. Smith has been an integral part of our team, and his dedication and leadership have made a significant impact on the Department and the University as a whole. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

At the same time, we are excited to welcome Mr. Milton Dennis as our new Estate Manager. Mr. Dennis has been a valued member of the University since 2002, having contributed in various roles across the institution. His extensive experience, deep knowledge of the University’s operations, and proven leadership will be invaluable as he takes on this new role.

Our managers and staff are eager to support Mr. Dennis as we work together to continue improving and enhancing the estate for the benefit of the entire University community. We are confident that under his leadership, the Department will reach new heights, and we look forward to the journey ahead.
