On Thursday, October 11, 2018 The UWI, Mona Library hosted its annual E-Resources Fair at the Multifunctional Room, Main Library. The E-Resources Fair, originally conceptualized by Mrs. Faith McKoy-Johnson, Medical Branch Librarian, is in its third staging as part of activities commemorating the Mona Library Open Week, held October 7-12, 2018.
The objectives of the E-Resources Fair are to:
• Spread awareness among the target users of the Mona Library about the different types of electronic resources and services available through the Mona Library
• Spread awareness among the target users of the Mona Library about the amounts spent to maintain subscriptions to electronic resources
• Influence increased usage for the various electronic resources by the target users of the Mona Library
