The UWI Mona Library provides research access to the collection of distinguished West Indian scholar, Prof. Elsa Vesta Goveia. The collection is available through the West Indies and Special Collections (WISC) of the Library. It provides insight into the research she undertook on West Indies Federation and featured articles and handwritten notes on her varying interests notably West Indian history.
