The Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS), founded in 1879, is the flagship journal of the American Chemical Society and the world's preeminent journal in all of chemistry and interfacing areas of science. This periodical is devoted to the publication of fundamental research papers and publishes approximately 19,000 pages of Articles, Communications, and Perspectives a year. Published weekly, JACS provides research essential to the field of chemistry.

Business Source Complete (EBSCO): is the world's definitive scholarly business database, providing the leading collection of bibliographic and full text content. As part of the comprehensive coverage offered by this database, indexing and abstracts for the most important scholarly business journals back as far as 1886 are included. In addition, searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,300 journals.

Since 2017, the Cabells' Blacklist team “has been identifying and investigating suspected publications, providing subscribers with access to a searchable database of detailed reports for every journal that has been evaluated and flagged as a probable threat. Each report identifies the journals and provides a record of when and why they have been put on the Blacklist.”
